The admission route
Six steps, scored as you go
- 01 — Company and registration. Legal entity, national register number, tax identifier and EU EORI, checked for structural validity.
- 02 — EU authorised representative. A mandated contact established in the Union, as Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 requires. We write to confirm the mandate.
- 03 — Beneficial ownership. Every natural person above 25%, with nationality and stake, plus your group structure.
- 04 — Production and conformity. Factory address, last audit body and date, certifications, CE technical files.
- 05 — Trade controls. Sanctions, forced labour and dual-use declarations, plus your customs route and importer of record.
- 06 — Declarations and submission. Reviewed summary and a transparency score that must reach 70 before it can be sent.
