Affiliate Programme Terms

Participation is invitation-based following review. Sourced may approve, request changes, reject, suspend or terminate an account at its discretion. Links do not activate before approval. You must provide accurate identity, contact, audience and promotional information and keep it current.

The standard reward is 10% once on net membership revenue, excluding VAT, refunds, credits and discounts, from a referred supplier's first successfully paid Starter or Growth annual membership. Renewals, upgrades, Enterprise arrangements, advertising, logistics, escrow, products and all other transactions are excluded.

Rates may be changed prospectively in the control panel. A commission already recorded retains the rate shown in its ledger unless it is reversed for refund, dispute, fraud or ineligibility.

Attribution uses the latest valid approved affiliate click within 30 days before signup or checkout. Existing paid customers, referrals before approval, duplicate claims, expired links, self-referrals and manipulated attribution are excluded. Sourced's server records are final where technically reliable.

Commissions remain pending for 30 days, or the period shown in the portal, while payment validity and eligibility are checked. Payable balances can be requested from €1,000 after Stripe payout onboarding. Payouts require administrator approval. Processing and bank timing remain subject to Stripe.

Unpaid commissions may be reduced or reversed after refunds, disputes or invalid traffic. A correction to a commission already paid is recorded as a separate auditable adjustment and may be set off against future earnings.

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Claims must be truthful, current and consistent with public Sourced materials. You must not send spam, impersonate Sourced, buy or bid on Sourced brand terms, register confusing domains, use misleading discounts, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, paid-to-click traffic or unlawful personal data.

You act independently and are responsible for invoices, taxes, registrations and disclosures in your jurisdiction. Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, franchise or authority to bind Sourced.

Sourced provides a marketplace and introduction service. It is not a buyer, supplier, manufacturer, customs agent or guarantor of transactions introduced through an affiliate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sourced excludes indirect and consequential loss. Aggregate liability arising from the programme is limited to unpaid valid commissions accrued in the preceding six months.

Either side may end participation. Suspension immediately disables new attribution. Valid payable commissions may remain eligible unless linked to breach, fraud or illegality. Referral analytics are privacy-limited and do not reveal customer emails or private company information. Sourced may update these terms prospectively and will notify active affiliates of material changes.
