Sourced is an online venue that introduces business buyers to business sellers. Sourced is not a party to any contract of sale, is not a manufacturer, distributor, importer, exporter, freight forwarder, customs agent or payment institution, and does not take title to, possession of, or responsibility for any goods.
1Prohibited and restricted goods
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, military or dual-use items requiring licences you do not hold.
- Controlled drugs, precursors, novel psychoactive substances and unapproved medicines.
- Counterfeit, replica, stolen, smuggled or grey-market goods and goods infringing third-party rights.
- Protected wildlife, endangered species products and illegally harvested timber.
- Human tissue, unsafe recalled products, and goods banned in the destination market.
- Goods originating from or destined for sanctioned parties or territories, or that breach export controls.
- Restricted categories such as chemicals, food-contact materials, cosmetics, medical devices, machinery and electrical goods may only be listed with the required registrations, documentation and conformity evidence.
2Listing standards
- Describe goods accurately, with real images you are entitled to use and truthful origin statements.
- Do not overstate certifications, capacity, audits or compliance status.
- Do not duplicate listings, keyword-stuff or miscategorise to gain visibility.
- Quote prices, MOQs, lead times and Incoterms honestly and honour them in good faith.
3Conduct
- No impersonation, false identity, shell-entity concealment or misrepresentation of location.
- No fee circumvention, bid rigging, price fixing or collusive behaviour.
- No manipulation of ranking, reviews, impressions, clicks or advertising metrics.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk marketing, phishing, invoice fraud or payment-detail substitution.
- No scraping, crawling without permission, bulk extraction, reverse engineering or security probing.
- No harassment, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful content in messages or listings.
4Enforcement
We may remove content, downrank or hide listings, withhold or invalidate advertising delivery, suspend or terminate accounts, retain evidence and report matters to regulators or law enforcement. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion; we aim to be proportionate and to explain outcomes where appropriate. You may request review through the Support page.
