Sourced is an online venue that introduces business buyers to business sellers. Sourced is not a party to any contract of sale, is not a manufacturer, distributor, importer, exporter, freight forwarder, customs agent or payment institution, and does not take title to, possession of, or responsibility for any goods.
1What we do
We publish supplier and product information supplied by Sellers, run search and RFQ tools, and let Buyers and Sellers message each other. That is the whole of our service.
2What we do not do
- We do not sell, supply, ship, inspect, certify, insure or guarantee any goods.
- We are not a party to any sale and take no commission on Transactions unless expressly agreed.
- We do not hold, escrow or guarantee payments between Users.
- We give no legal, tax, customs, compliance, engineering or financial advice.
3Information accuracy
Listings, certifications, capacity claims, pricing, lead times and company information come from Users. Despite our verification checks, we cannot warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current. Machine translations and AI-assisted answers are convenience features and may be wrong.
4Verification signals
Trust tiers, badges and scores are indicative assessments at a point in time. They are not guarantees, endorsements, credit ratings or certifications, and must not be your only basis for deciding to trade.
5Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sourced accepts no liability for losses arising from any Transaction or dealing between Users, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in clause 16 of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
